green gold from our garden!

This weekend we enjoyed a great weather: blue sky and autumn colours still hanging from the trees around. With the help of family and friends (5 people in all, due to covid restrictions) and delighted by our dogs barking, we picked olives. On Friday we'll make oil, our green gold, and will eat "bruschetta" in the evening: roasted Tuscan bread and oil, simple but perfect, although some like garlic on it too...
